چکیده

Infection of cantaloupe plant with Downy mildew caused by the fungus Pseudoperonospora cubensis leads to significant losses in amount crop, addition to, reducing its marketing value many countries around world, therefore, efficacy each organisms (Trichoderma harzianum, Trichoderma viride, Bacillus subtilis, megaterium and Pseudomonas fluorescens), fungicide Ridomil gold plus 71.5 WP for control downy under laboratory greenhouse conditions was studied, initially, conditions, results obtained showed that, when using bio filters, recommended concentration inhibit germination P. sporangia, a reduction rate pathogenic sporangia observed, also, treatment tested significantly reduced severity mildew, compared treatment, where, best these treatments disease use fungicide, while, were arranged according their efficiency following descending order: B. Ba. megaterium, fluorescens, T. viride In addition, plants increase growth parameters, example, (number leaves, leaf area total chlorophyll content), an yield components, For fruits/plant fruit weight /plant), above also increased activity defense-related enzymes, peroxidase polyphenol oxidase as well as, phenol content treatment.

assessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...

Efficiency of resistance genes in wheat to powdery mildew in some centers of disease incidence in Iran

Wheat powdery mildew caused by fungal pathogen Blumeria graminis f.sp. tritici is a destructive wheat disease, occurring in regions with cool and humid climates. In order to investigate the changes in pathogenicity of the disease and to identify the effective genetic source of resistance, a total of 29 wheat genotypes with different resistance major genes (Pm) were studied in two hotspots of Go...

The Effect of Fruit Trees Pruning Waste Biochar on some Soil Biological Properties under Rhizobox Conditions

The pyrolysis of fruit trees Pruning waste to be converted to biochar with microbial inoculation is a strategy improving the biological properties in calcareous soils. In order to investigate the biochar effect on some soil biological properties of the soil in the presence of microorganisms, a factorial experiment was carried out in a completely randomized design in the rhizobox under greenhous...
